JTBC’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama “Private Life” has shared its first teaser!
“Private Life” will be a drama that takes place during the current age in which people share, steal, and fabricate their private lives. The drama is about con artists mobilizing all their techniques to disclose the nation’s major “private life.”
Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun plays Cha Joo Eun, a con artist who scams people to get by in life, and Kim Hyo Jin plays Jung Bok Gi (Kim Hyo Jin), a professional con artist who sits in the top one per cent amongst all con artists. On the other hand, Go Kyung Pyo takes the role of Lee Jung Hwan, a mysterious team manager at a major company, and Kim Young Min stars as Kim Jae Wook, a con artist full of ambition who is also Jung Bok Gi’s business partner.
“Private Life”‘s first teaser starts off with Cha Joo Eun’s voiceover claiming, “I fabricate my private life in order to be happy.” Each of her drastic appearances gives her a completely different identity.
As Lee Jung Hwan ducks underneath Cha Joo Eun’s umbrella with a charming smile, they give a glimpse of their special chemistry ahead.
Jung Bok Gi appears with her signature red lips, and she struts by with a streak of arrogance. Her partner-in-crime Kim Jae Wook arrives at a mysterious location in a sleek suit, and he carefully pulls down his sunglasses to check out the scene.
One caption reads, “A world of con-artists where you’re deceived over and over again,” and another caption warns, “You can’t trust anyone.”
Towards the end of the clip, Jung Bok Gi says, “It’s cute. She wants to learn how the world works,” and Cha Joo Eun gazes seductively at someone as she declares, “I want to be a good girl.”
