Nice View is a 2022 Chinese drama series directed by Wen Moi. This is Wen’s second feature film. It’s mainly the story of a young man named Jinhao who seizes the opportunity to start a business desperately to save his sister, changes his destiny and influences the people around him. The film was completed in October 2021 and was released in mainland China on February 1, 2022 (the first day of the Lunar New Year). The film’s total revenue exceeded $ 211 million, making it the ninth highest-selling film in 2022.

Storyline

20-year-old Jinhao came to Shenzhen with his sister. Life was difficult, but full of warmth. Coincidentally, Jin Hao came across an opportunity that he thought would lead to a better life, but he was unexpectedly hit hard. Like an old woman moving a mountain, Jinhao relies on his relentless determination to strive for success. Can his troubled ordinary life ignite the spark of hope?

Production

On August 5, 2021, it was announced that Jackson Yee would appear in Wen Mooy’s second feature film. The director’s first movie is “Dying to Survive”. The crew and cast, filmed in Shenzhen in the summer and fall, survived two COVID-19 flare-ups and four typhoons.
