“More Than Friends” Postpones Final Episodes Due To COVID-19 Safety Precautions

The JTBC drama will postpone the final episodes of “More Than Friends” due to Kim Dong Jun’s quarantine.

After learning that he had crossed paths with a confirmed COVID-19 patient, Kim Dong Jun was tested for COVID-19. On November 13, his agency announced that he had tested negative. However, government guidelines regarding the prevention of infection state that exposed contacts should quarantine for a period of time after exposure.

“More Than Friends”

On November 15, “More Than Friends” released the following statement:

One of the actors in the JTBC drama “More Than Friends” tested negative for COVID-19 on November 13. However, in accordance with guidelines regarding infection prevention, as well as for the safety of the cast and crew, we will temporarily stop filming and postpone the airdates of episodes 15 and 16.

Episodes 15 and 16 of “More Than Friends” will now air on November 27 and 28.
