“Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” Kept On Pause Filming Due To COVID-19 Threat, According To The KBS Announced After Actor Heo Dong Won Has Tested Positive For COVID-19

South Korea is experiencing resurgence of COVID-19. Once again, the entertainment industry has been affected and industry movers have been confirmed to have been infected by the virus.

The previous day, it was announced that KBS’s “To All the Guys Who Loved Me” halted filming after actor Seo Sung Jong tested positive for COVID-19. KBS’s upcoming drama “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” revealed that they would also be temporarily pausing filming as a preventative measure as some of the staff members had reportedly worked on both dramas.

Heo Dong Won, who is acting in “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol”, has also been starring in a play with Seo Sung Jong, through whom he appears to have contracted the virus.

Upon confirmation that Seo Sung Jong got infected, his manager and agency advised all members of the play whom the actor got in contact with. Heo Dong Won immediately went for testing and he was confirmed to be positive with the virus.

Heo Dong Won is being closely monitored by the doctors and was transferred to an isolation facility.

The drama “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” is set to premeire on August 26, yet netizens wonder how will it affect the show with the unfortunate event to the actor and staff.
