The male version of the idol’s audition show, “My Teen Girl”, is called “Boy Fantasy” and introduces international contestants
The first trailer for the upcoming male version of MBC’s idol search program “My Teen Girl”, “Boy Fantasy”, has been released!
Aspiring idols competed for the opportunity to make their debut in a brand-new female group in the first season of “My Teen Girl,” which gave rise to the debut girl group CLASS:y earlier this year. The program’s executive producer, PD Han Dong Chul of “Produce 101,” “Show Me the Money,” and “Unpretty Rapstar,” invited celebrities to serve as mentors, including Girls’ Generation’s Yuri, (G)I-Jeon DLE’s Soyeon, Fin.Ock K.L’s Joo Hyun, and “Street Woman Fighter” actress Aiki.
It was announced in June that “My Teen Girl” will return with a male counterpart that would include many competitors from nations other than Korea.
While the “Boy Fantasy” season of the show is still accepting applications, it has already provided a sneak preview of some of the competitors who will be vying for the opportunity to make their debut in a new boy group.
The “Boy Fantasy” candidates said in the recently released teaser that their “goal is to travel the entire world so that I can meet lots of various admirers” in their individual home tongues.
Any boy 14 years of age or older may submit an application to be a competitor on “Boy Fantasy” between November 18 and December 16.
