Girl group Berry Good has announced negative for COVID-19 but will be self-quarantining after positive tests among their agency staff.
On December 2, Berry Good’s agency released the following statement:
“Hello, this is JTG Entertainment.
On the afternoon of December 2, Berry Good (Johyun, Seoyul, Gowoon, Sehyung) tested negative for COVID-19.
After Berry Good’s agency CEO and their current manager tested positive for COVID-19, all the Berry Good members went to get tested on December 1. As Berry Good were in close contact with a positive case, they will be self-quarantining for two weeks.
Our agency will check thoroughly to see if other artists and staff members had potential exposure and strictly follow government guidelines on preventing transmission. We will do our best to ensure the safety and health of our artists and staff.
We apologize for causing concern.”
Berry Good is a South Korean girl group formed by Asia Bridge Entertainment in 2014. The group’s current line-up consists of Johyun, Seoyul, Sehyung, and Gowoon. They released their debut single Love Letter in May 2014.
